Day 01: Nairobi - Samburu Game Reserve
Pick up from hotel at 0730hrs, a safari briefing
session with our Tour officer then drive to up to
the Equator crossing for a short stop to see the
"performing of the waters", where a local
entrepreneur demonstrates the clockwise and
anticlockwise properties of running water on each
side of the Equator line. Continue to the Lodge,
opportunity to see the Samburu Five – five rare and endemic animals to the Samburu ecosystem. They are the Gerenuk, the Reticulated giraffe, the Somali ostrich, the Grevy’s zebra, the Beisa oryx. Kalama Conservancy, the wildlife sanctuary where Saruni Samburu is located and which borders Samburu National Reserve, has an abundance of other rare species, like the leopard, the Striped hyena, the African civet and African Wild dog or Painted hunting dogs.. drive. Dinner and Overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge.
Day 02: Samburu Game Reserve
Morning game drive followed by breakfast, spend the
morning at leisure at the lodge pool or the terrace
overlooking the river. After lunch proceed for an
afternoon game drive. Overnight at Samburu Sopa
Lodge.
Day 3: Samburu - Lake Nakuru National Park
Depart after breakfast and drive via Nyahururu Falls
to Lake Nakuru, in time for lunch and an afternoon
game drive.Lake Nakuru's claim to fame is anchored
on its flamingo's and the over 400 species of birds
found here,Black and white rhinos thrive in the
surrounding national park, which also has its fair
share of Cape buffalo, African wild dog, zebra,
eland, waterbuck and lion. In recent years Nakuru
has attracted fame for the high number of leopard
sightings, and the rare Rothschild's giraffe Dinner and Overnight at Flamingo Hill Camp .
Day 4 :Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara
We break the camp/depart the lodge soon after
breakfast and proceed to Maasai Mara to arrive in
good time for Lunch. Late afternoon game drives
followed by dinner and overnight stay at Mara
Serena Lodge
Day 5&6: Masai Mara National Reserve
Full day spent exploring the park in search of the
Big 5. Dinner and overnight at Mara Serena

Masai Mara wildlife is on permanent show: large resident herds of animals (zebras, antelopes, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, Thomson's and Grant's gazelles, impalas, topis… ) and their predators (lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas…) are prevalent all year round ,These birds are prolific and come in every size and color including common but beautiful ones like the lilac breasted roller and plenty of other large species like eagles.Every July (or sometimes August), the wildebeest travel from Tanzania's Serengeti plains, northwards to the Masai Mara and the Mara River is the final obstacle.
Day 7: Masai Mara – Nairobi -Kampala
Morning game drives then drive to Nairobi via Narok;
we stop to browse in the bustling, vibrant Masai
markets to buy curios and handicrafts before
continuing to Nairobi and drop off at the airport
and Connect a flight To Entebbe overnight at Kampala
Day 8: Kampala-Bwindi impenetrable forest
Our journey to the Mountain Gorilla land starts
after your Early breakfast. It takes us
southwestwards passing through the equator in Masaka,
to Mbarara town and drive through the long horned
cows of Ankole. We shall pass through the large vast
flat savanna lands to the amazing hilly slopes of
Kigezi and finally to the impenetrable forest home
to the endangered Mountain Gorilla

Day 8: Gorilla Trekking - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Arise early to the great forest sounds of the
African Jungle for your breakfast. With our packed
lunches
Within Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, there are 4
different areas where you can track the mountain
gorillas, and they include Buhoma, Ruhija, Rushaga
and Nkuringo. Each of these areas has specialized
accommodation close to the tracking area.
The park is a sanctuary for colobus monkeys,
chimpanzees and many birds (such as hornbills and
turacos). It is perhaps most notable for Bwindi
gorillas, half the world's population of the
critically endangered mountain gorillas.

Day 9: Bwindi- Kampala
A wake up call from the jungle creatures ushers you
to a new day with a hot delicious breakfast waiting
for you.We then tress back our journey to Kampala
with Lunch in Mbarara and another coffee break at
the Equator.We drop you at the airport.
